This policy explains how information submitted through harrykhosa.com may be collected and used when you inquire about a listing, request an NDA, build a buyer profile or contact Harry Khosa PREC*.

The website may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, business interests, budget, timeline, financing readiness, approximate available cash, desired owner income, operating experience, optional seller sales and value expectations, preferred contact method, NDA details and the content of your message.

How information is used
Information may be used to respond to your request, qualify and match business or commercial opportunities, manage confidentiality requirements, maintain customer records, improve the website and comply with legal or professional obligations.
Submitting a form does not create an agency relationship, guarantee access to confidential information or enroll you in unrelated marketing without the permissions required by applicable law.
Service providers and website data
The website uses service providers, including HubSpot, to process inquiries and maintain customer relationship records. Hosting, analytics, security and communications providers may process limited technical information such as device, browser, page and approximate location data when needed to deliver and protect the site.
Short inquiry forms store a durable inquiry record in the website’s protected database before delivery to HubSpot where supported. Records include inquiry details, the preferred contact method, inquiry stage, delivery status, a submission timestamp and optional marketing permission with its wording. Inquiry notifications use the existing FormSubmit delivery service. Providers may process information outside Canada. Phone-only inquiries remain in the private website inbox if the current CRM form requires email. Inquiry routing records original and latest source categories, a landing path and approved campaign labels; no arbitrary URL query values are copied. Optional marketing requests do not override a prior CRM unsubscribe. No automatic marketing sequence is activated.
Optional analytics require the visitor’s choice in Privacy and optional analytics settings. Forms work when analytics is declined. First-party measurement records page paths, contact-link clicks and accepted form submissions with a coarse referral category (for example Google or ChatGPT). It does not record form contents, query strings or complete referring URLs. A referral category is retained in session storage; a missing referrer cannot reliably identify an AI visit. Buyer-profile details and saved listings remain in your browser local storage until cleared. Consent preferences may be stored on your device. Third-party links, including REALTOR.ca and WhatsApp, are governed by their own privacy practices.
Optional listing email updates
If you explicitly request matching business opportunities by email, your contact details, criteria and consent record are sent to Harry’s CRM for follow-up. Signing an NDA or making an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to these updates. You can withdraw email-update consent by contacting info@harrykhosa.com.
Retention, safeguards and your choices
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, professional obligations and applicable law.
You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion subject to legal and professional retention requirements by contacting info@harrykhosa.com.
